How to get started - what you need to do

We have found a comprehensive, customisable, weight management programme with emphasis on low glycaemic eating. It is a programme based upon developing a healthy lifestyle and eating habits, coupled with regular exercise.  The aim is to give you sustainable weight management for the rest of your life.


Although we offer a 4, 8 or 12 week coaching session to get you started, the aim is to help people find a weight management solution that does not rely on weekly slimming classes. 

Steps to get started

  • 1. A free 45 minute no obligation discovery session

    This weight management solution will almost certainly be unlike anything you have seen before. The 45 minute discovery session will give you an overview of what it entails. 


    Once you understand how the programme works, you can decide whether it will be right for you or not. We don’t want to encourage anyone to get started unless they feel they are ready to make the change.

  • 2. Do the free online weight management profile

    There are a number of different programmes and by doing the short quiz you will find out which one will be right for you. 


    The results are based upon a number of factors i.e. how much weight you have to lose, how quickly you want to lose it and your level of commitment etc. 

  • 3. Download the programme that suits you best

    Once you have your recommended programme, you can download the eating plan, recipes, tracking sheets etc. You will get all the information you need for this stage of your weight management journey. 


    When you have been following the programme for a number of weeks, you may like to do the profile quiz again. As you progress, you may decide one of the other programmes may be more suitable further down the line.

  • 4. Order the recommended health supplements

    It is a sad fact that even if we have a healthy diet, the food that we are eating today has less than half the nutritional value of the food that our grandparents and great grandparents were eating. 


    Also many people who have been dieting or had an extremely unhealthy diet, will have an imbalance in their hormones which makes it near impossible to know when they are satisfied or even full when eating. 


    Having the right health supplements will make you feel better and function far more effectively. It will also help you manage your weight and achieve your goals.

  • 5. Option 1 - Join a weekly 4, 8 or 12 week coaching session

    The weekly coaching sessions have been developed to give you the knowledge, tools and habits that will allow you to start your weight loss journey. They will also show you how  to maintain it . We will share hints and tips and answer any questions you might have. If you wish it can also be used for accountability, to give you encouragement.

  • 6. Option 2 - follow the online programme

    If you don’t feel you need the support of the coaching sessions, we will point you to the online resources. You will find everything you need to be successful as you go it alone, or with a few of your friends.
